כאן רצינו להשיג 3 דברים. הסתרה טבעית באמצעות גדר חי, נגישות לדירה המושכרת, תחזוקה מועטה באמצעות צמחיית כיסוי אשר תתפשט על האדמה:

המטרה במרפסת הזו הייתה להכין ערוגת עץ שמתאימה לגידולי מזון עונתיים וגם תעמוד בעומס המותר. השתמשנו במצע קל של פרלייט וקומפוסט עם ורמיקומפוסטר מובנה שמדשן את הערוגה לאורך שנים בצורה אורגנית. 

עיקרון זהה יישמנו כאן בשטח יחסית מוצל עם פירמידת גידול ורטיקלית 

אנו שמים דגש על יסודות ברי קיימא בתכנון ובהקמה על מנת שהגינה תאריך שנים ותשתבח עם הזמן

במקרה הזה השתמשנו בצמח כיסוי חסכוני במים על מנת למנוע בוץ בגשמים, ניתן לדרוך עליו, לאחר תהליך ההתפשטות הוא מונע צמיחת עשבים שוטים וחוסך לנו זמן ואנרגיה בתחזוקה:
